I am lucky to accept the hazard to learn about and use many independent organic & eco-friendly brands, but what makes the natural, NSF-certified products from Promise Organic different from nigh other clean brands is that Promise Organic was developed for sale exclusively at mega drugstore and pharmacy CVS!  Accordingly, the pricing is friendly, making it available to more moms & dads who may not be able to afford a $fifteen infant bath soap or a $20 baby sunscreen from an indie organic brand. This makes me happy – organic, eco-friendly, skilful products should not all be priced so loftier that they are exclusive to one segment of the consumer base.

Every production in the line is made without parabens, phthalates, SLS and other sulfates, artificial colors & fragrances, mineral oil and derivatives, formaldehyde and other toxins. They are formulated without known allergens and hormone-disruptors such every bit oxybenzone and, in fact, contain none of the one,400 ingredients banned by other countries for employ in skincare.

Instead of any known or potentially harmful ingredients, the Promise Organic line is coconut butter based with botanicals and oatmeal, besides as calendula, aloe vera, and the like.

We tried each of the four products over the course of the final several weeks before and while we were traveling.  With the exception of the Kokosnoot Butter Diaper Rash Cream, they are non travel-sized, and should be in your suitcase if you are traveling by air.

TheReplenishing Coconut Butter 2-in-one Baby Wash is kokosnoot butter and organic aloe vera juice-based, enriched with calendula, oatmeal, and chamomile to accost both cleaning and moisturizing babies' sensitive skin.  I like the consistency – information technology is not too liquid so that it is easy to apply both to the body and the scalp. Information technology leaves no film or residue, but the skin is well moisturized and soft.  The scent is also very light and there are no artificial fragrances (although information technology does have "natural fragrance" of which I am non a fan every bit I don't know from what or how those were derived).

TheReplenishing Kokosnoot Butter Babe Lotion has the aforementioned base formula every bit the Infant Wash – it is kokosnoot butter and aloe vera juice-based, and also enriched with oatmeal, calendula, and chamomile.  I do like the light texture of this lotion too, not sticky or thick, making awarding easy.  It absorbs well too and does not leave a film. There is "natural fragrance" in this 1 as well, but no artificial scents or colors etc.

TheSPF xxx Sunscreen Baby Lotion almost reminds me more of a balm than a sunscreen, and I similar that.  It is not too thick and sticky and, again, information technology makes it less challenging to utilize to a little i who does not really want to wear sunscreen.  I like the ingredients a lot – just a mineral blocker in the form of non-nano zinc oxide 20%, with various oils.  That'southward it.  No fragrances, no emulsifiers, no additives. And it works well!

TheGentle Coconut Butter Diaper Rash CreamI did non terminate up using as a diaper rash foam since we are (thankfully) out of diapers and grooming pants (information technology was non like shooting fish in a barrel with babe #2).  But it works very well (every bit many diaper rash creams do) on dry out spots such as elbows, heels, and the like!  It is super gentle but constructive in softening peel – like the baby lotion, information technology has just a diversity of oils and butters, plus oatmeal, simply no additives, emulsifiers, scents, or the like.  Honey seeing clean products!

And then, that's my take – do cheque them out at CVS! They are now widely bachelor at good prices!
